VARAM: THE STORY
An Independent artist duo that started off as a group, and at present-day also houses, one of the youngest music director duo, Joshua-Melvyn. After Joshua, or SAJ's discovery of the desire and drive to make music for a living, in an attempt to materialise on his music group dream, his initiations have had varied identities from 'Ender', and 'Radical Void', during the times of which he primarily posted English cover songs. After briefly being renamed to 'Fable of our own'(F2O), a partnership with the talented Melvyn Prasad finally founded VARAM on more stable grounds.  The duo started off in 2020 amidst the peak of the Corona Virus Outbreak, collaborating virtually, to make music together. After a moderately well-received debut release of their so-called 'Fate-uh Song', Saavadikura, their most well-received song, Azhagiye dropped in 2021, and at a small level, cementing their presence, going on to be aired on Radio City 91.1 and the online Radio platform, Naan Radio, alongside the release of their single Eeram, later that year.
MELVYN PRASAD

Melvyn Prasad is a 20-year-old Baduga youngster, born and brought up in the Manchester of Tamilnadu, in Coimbatore. A natural performer and talented Rapper, Music Producer, and astonishing Lyricist, who can also compose. His interest in rapping was kindled when he started listening to the Stalwarts at the age of 14. From then on he chiselled his ability in rapping and also started exploring songwriting and composing. His music journey began in 2016 when he started making simple beats for his YouTube channel and continued to produce songs until 2020, after which he co-founded VARAM.
S AMRIT JOSHUA
Co-Founder, Songwriter, Lead Artist
S. Amrit Joshua, who goes by 'SAJ' on stage, is a perfect pitch Chennai born. The boy, who grew up in a family full of musicians, was part of his first band with his brothers, starting out as a singer, and proceeding to learn the Piano, Guitar, Bass, and to a modest level, drums as well. Further, he is also a self-learned Music Producer and Songwriter. His venture under many names to make good music that would reach people's ears properly materialised after co-founding VARAM in 2020.
